Album Cover Design

For the album cover redesign project, I reimagined Gregory Alan Isakov’s The Sea That Gambler. I created a watercolor painting to reflect the album’s emotional tone, then scanned it in digitally. The design explores the duality of wanting to travel yet feeling lonely—balancing light and dark, control and surrender. I used cool blue tones throughout to build a visual narrative that captures the album’s introspective, wandering spirit.
